Drew Aldrich is the Founder and Managing Partner of Viewpoint and chairs the Investment Committee. Drew has over twelve years of VC experience, predominantly in Insurance and Wealth Management. Drew previously served as a Managing Director and IC Member at American Family Ventures and a Founding Team Member at AXA Venture Partners.

Ori Ben-Yishai is a Partner at Viewpoint. He is a member of the Investment Committee and leads the Viewpoint Industry Network. Prior to joining Viewpoint, Ori spent 15 years in senior roles in insurance and wealth management, including CMO at Chubb and COO at AXA Equitable. Previously, he was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, a corporate attorney, and a founder and CEO of an eCommerce startup.

Ryan Frisbie is a Partner at Viewpoint. He is a member of the Investment Committee and leads the sourcing & investing execution team. Prior to Viewpoint, Ryan was an investor at American Family Ventures where he focused on Insurtech, Fintech, and consumer verticals. Prior to American Family Ventures, he was a management consultant at Bain & Company in its private equity practice.

Joanna McNamara is Executive Director at Viewpoint and leads delivery of strategic value to our Viewpoint Industry Network partners. Prior to Viewpoint, Joanna spent over 25 years at Chubb Insurance in numerous executive, operational and technical roles including commercial and personal lines underwriting, underwriting center manager, and high net worth personal lines business development and marketing.

Joe Guastella is a Venture Partner at Viewpoint. He is an independent board member at Protective Life Corporation. Previously, he was with Deloitte as Senior Partner, US and Global Insurance Leader as well as US and Global Financial Services Industry Consulting Leader. He is an internationally recognized business strategist and insurance industry leader on the leading edge of market trends and technology advances with a deep industry knowledge of the life insurance, savings, and pension businesses across a broad set of country markets.

Geordan Mandell is the VP of Operations and Finance at Viewpoint, with responsibility for most non-investment operations at the firm. Prior to Viewpoint, Geordan was the Operations Manager at Saltwater Capital and Chief of Staff at Tex and Company. Prior to Saltwater Capital, Geordan was Head of Investor Relations at Sunriver Management, Research Coordination at JAT Capital Management and Client Services at JPMorgan Private Bank.

Sean Song is a Vice President at Viewpoint. He is a member of the Investment Team and focuses on sourcing and deal execution. Prior to Viewpoint, Sean was a Senior Consultant at L.E.K. where he focused on private equity diligences and corporate strategy. Sean has a B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business.

Ayman Babikir is a Senior Associate at Viewpoint. He is a member of the Investment Team and focuses on sourcing and deal execution. Prior to Viewpoint, Ayman was a Consultant at Bain & Company, where he focused on private equity diligences and fund strategy. While at Bain, he was also a strategy extern at Lean Technologies. Ayman holds a B.S. in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University.

Grace DeVries is an Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator at Viewpoint. She assists the Industry Network team and the Chief of Staff & VP of Operations. Prior to joining Viewpoint, Grace was an Executive & Personal Assistant to the CEO & Founder of JAT Capital Management based out of Greenwich, CT. Grace has a B.A. in Psychological Science from Central Connecticut State University.
